I usually don’t like rap much and prefer hip hop but I enjoyed most of this. I think what really makes it work for me is how in the first half of the album the rap songs are mixed with more chill downtempo type of songs and artists like Tom’s Diner and Dido. I wasn’t feeling the latter part of the mix too much because it was pretty much all rap but I like the last track. I like old school guys like Scarface though. I like 8 tracks out of 20. I would listen to this album again.
